Zoga Movement Therapy Module 1
Over the course of three days, students will explore the anatomy and biomechanics of leg and pelvic movement. This includes group movement, functional and postural analysis, manual guidance, and interventions. The training addresses common postural patterns and provides students with tools for examination and therapeutic intervention to improve function in this area and its relationship with the rest of the body's tensegrity system.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
