Training offer

Here you will find our training offer.
You'll see what the educational path looks like, which trainings are prerequisites, and which courses you can complete in subsequent stages. The map is interactive – click on a training course to access the details and description of each one.

The Zoga Movement Intro training is for movement specialists and manual therapists who want to learn the basics of the Zoga Movement method and then choose one of two paths: Zoga Practice – for movement work with groups and Zoga Therapy – for individual (manual) work with the patient.

Zoga Face Integration training is for therapists, cosmetic massage therapists and manual specialists who want to learn safe, precise work with facial, oral and cranial tissues and integrate it with whole-body therapy.

Zoga Therapy in Pediatrics is an intensive training in the manual release of myofascial restrictions in children (especially those with neurological problems), combining precise structural-functional assessment with movement-assisted therapy, intended for physiotherapists and physicians (especially pediatricians and orthopedists).

Zoga Movement Infant Therapy Training is a practical training in diagnostics, structural strategies, and techniques (including myofascial) for addressing the most common disorders in infants, such as asymmetries, head-neck, chest, pelvic, and foot problems. It is designed for physical therapists and physicians (especially pediatricians and orthopedists) working with infants.

ZOGA Movement Therapy – Posture Defects is a training course that teaches postural assessment in both static and motion, as well as correction of the most common postural deficiencies (including feet, knees, pelvis, chest, spine, and head) using ZOGA techniques, myofascial release, and movement therapy. It is intended for physiotherapists, movement and manual therapists, trainers, and movement teachers.

ZOGA Therapy in Speech and Language Therapy is an intensive, practical course in manual techniques that support orofacial therapy for children in the head, face, and neck areas (structural work on the craniofacial area, palpation, functional testing, and tissue release techniques). It is designed for speech and language therapists, physiotherapists, osteopaths, physicians, and massage therapists working with the orofacial area.

Cranial Structural Integration is a training program in gentle and precise manual manipulation of the skull, focused on influencing head shape and asymmetries through tension changes in the fascial layers, as well as techniques for the mandible, zygomatic arch, orbits, and atlas-axis, among others. It is intended for physiotherapists, physicians, osteopaths, and speech therapists.

Zoga Movement in Dissection Experience is a unique training in which, through observing dissections (layers of fascia and key anatomical structures and their "relative movement"), you learn to translate "live" anatomy into more precise manual therapy and movement guidance; it is intended for physiotherapists, manual and movement therapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, massage therapists, and physicians working with the musculoskeletal system.

Zoga Golf is an innovative project that combines the passion for golf with ZOGA Movement training, helping you play more comfortably,
with better mobility and no pain ("Healthy Golf"). The project offers online exercise programs, camps, and consultations combining ZOGA movement training with swing analysis and golf training.

SCARWORK – Scar Work – Integrating the Scar with the Fascial Network is a hands-on training course tailored to the type and history of the scar. It teaches how to integrate the scar with the fascial network and improve tissue glide (skin–subcutaneous tissue–fascia–muscle) to reduce tension, pain, and movement restrictions. It is intended for physiotherapists, massage therapists, cosmetologists, midwives, nurses, and physicians.

Zoga in Foot Defects (Orthopodology) is a training that demonstrates how to use anatomical train maps (Anatomy Trains) to conduct biomechanical work with the fascial system in podiatry and orthopodiatry practice – with an emphasis on functional and postural analysis of the lower limb and manual interventions to improve movement patterns and alignment.

It is intended for orthopodologists and podiatrists.

Tail End is a training course led by Sharon Wheeler that focuses on the “back end” of the body – the sacrum, coccyx, pelvis and femur – where, through landmark analysis and a combination of Structural Integration and BoneWork approaches, you learn to recognize and correct the effects of injuries and distortions in this area.

It is intended for physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, massage therapists, movement teachers (e.g. yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais), trainers and doctors working with the musculoskeletal system.
