About the method
Zoga Multidimensional Movement™ Anatomy in Motion, Therapy in Space
An original method created by physiotherapist Wojciech Cackowski
Zoga Multidimensional Movement™ is a modern method of working with the body that combines advanced anatomical analysis with precise movement
and manual therapeutic intervention. It is based on the assumption that the human body is a dynamic, integrated structure in which each element
- from the musculoskeletal system, through the fascia, to the nervous system
and internal organs – functions in constant relationship with the others.
In Zoga Multidimensional Movement™, we focus not only on individual structures but also examine their mutual movement and their relationship to the gravitational field. Movement becomes a diagnostic and therapeutic tool, allowing us to identify limitations, compensations, and asymmetries at the level of the entire organism.
This approach allows you to work not only with the myofascial system, but also with the deeper structural and functional layers.
- helping to improve breathing mechanics, balance, sensorimotor integration and body perception in space.
Zoga Multidimensional Movement™ is dedicated to professionals,
who want to expand their competences in working with movement and body structure:
-
physiotherapists (orthopedic, neurological, pediatric),
-
doctors working with pain and post-traumatic patients,
-
osteopaths, manual therapists,
-
movement trainers, yoga and pilates teachers,
-
bodywork therapists and sensory integration specialists.
Why Zoga?
Because it allows us to understand the body as a coherent, intelligent whole, in which every local change influences the global system of tensions and movement possibilities.
This method offers:
-
tools for precise functional assessment,
-
strategies for conscious therapeutic intervention,
-
and practical ways to support health, regeneration and psychophysical balance.
