Zoga Movement Therapy Module 2

During these three days, participants will explore the interrelationships between breathing, emotions, and the functioning of internal organs and vessels. The program combines group movement, awareness exercises, breathwork, touch, and manual guidance to better understand the "rhythms of life" in the body. The training provides specific intervention tools to support the mobility of body cavities and tissues around the spine, improving their interaction with the rest of the fascio-postural system.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

"Abdomen, Chest and Spine"
This section aims to delve into the complex world of breathing, emotions, internal organs, and blood vessels. Through movement, awareness exercises, touch, and breathing, students will immerse themselves in the world of "rhythms of life." They will learn effective interventions that influence the ability to move within our "body cavities" and around the spine.

This course is intended for graduates of the Zoga Movement Introduction (Zoga Multidimensional Movement) training.
