Zoga Movement Practice Certification Training

ZOGA Movement Practice Certification (Certification Module – step three) prepares students to lead Zoga Movement Integration Practice classes. This method is a 12-week movement program during which each participant will lead classes for the entire group of students and external practitioners.

Participants will learn how to conduct classes so that their students gain the maximum benefits from the Zoga Movement Integration method. During the 15-day training, they will learn how to review the movement capabilities of all areas of the body through a 12-step process and integrate them into free, coordinated movement.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is intended for:

Zoga Movement Practice Graduates - 6 days

Participation in three meetings on the designated dates is required to complete the certification course. Participation in selected meetings is not possible.
In the event of withdrawal during training, the entire certification training cycle must be started from the beginning.

Note: This is a certification training - participants will be required to demonstrate the skills they have acquired and demonstrate a deep understanding of the method and its components.

Zoga Movement Practice Certification Module – 15 days.

This 15-day module will focus on creating 12-step group exercise programs built around Structural Integration strategies. It will teach you how to help clients achieve specific improvements in mobility and structural organization. It will give you the opportunity to lead classes for individuals of all ages and abilities.

The training includes biomechanical analysis of the body in static and motion, recognizing dysfunctional patterns, resolving movement difficulties, and learning the principles of biomechanics of various anatomical areas. Participants will also learn how to lead a group, verbalize commands, use aids for individuals with mobility limitations, and effectively support them in the process of movement transformation.
