Jarek
Nesterowicz

Jarek Nesterowicz, naturopath, manual therapist, personal trainer, dietitian and certified ZOGA Multidimensional Movement therapist.

He has always been fascinated by the possibility of improving or optimizing the way the human body functions. Therefore, despite graduating from the University of Economics in Wrocław with a degree in International Economic Relations and from the University of Milano State University with a degree in Political Science, he continued his education in search of his true passion, which turned out to be the human condition. He studied Philosophy and Sociology at the University of Warsaw, quickly realizing that he was interested in a more direct opportunity to improve human functioning. This realization led him to the University of Rehabilitation in Warsaw, where he completed postgraduate studies in Sports Physiotherapy and Psychodietetics. It was there that he realized that working with the body through movement, manual therapy, and nutrition was the method of care that most interested him. Over the following years, he participated in numerous physiotherapy courses, including: He has completed the entire ZOGA MOVEMENT THERAPY curriculum and is one of only 13 certified manual therapists in the world, specifically in this method.

Jarek is a true enthusiast of biohacking, a lifestyle change approach whose goal and method is to optimize the body and mind to enhance health, well-being, and cognitive performance. In his work as a manual therapist, he strives to integrate all the elements that comprise human functioning: psyche, emotions, physiology, and biomechanics, so that ultimately, patients can achieve the greatest possible freedom, comfort, and ease in interacting with their bodies.

On a daily basis, he works with patients using manual therapy and movement in the ZOGA Multidimensional Movement approach, and will soon have the pleasure of presenting the foundations of this method to you during ZOGA Intro courses.
